Thank you for considering Hickory Woods Golf Course to host your golf outing. If you would like to check on the availability of an outing date or to make a reservation, please contact Andrew Acomb or Carol Kittle at 575-3900.

You may hold an outing date with a phone reservation for up to 10 days, however to make a firm reservation date you will be required to send Hickory Woods Golf Course a signed outing contract along with a $100 deposit. Adjustments to this signed outing contract may be made only with the approval of Andrew Acomb or Carol Kittle. To confirm your final outing counts, tee times, and tournament arrangements it will be your responsibility to contact Andrew or Carol at least 10 days prior to your outing. Payment for your outing will be due and payable three days prior to your event. Hickory Woods reserves the right to charge for all no shows. Your $100 outing deposit will be refunded to you following your outing so long as all contract stipulations have been met. However, if your event cancels less than 10 days to the scheduled date, your $100 deposit will be forfeited.

Please be aware of the following golf course policies:

• Only those people paying a greens fee will be permitted on the golf course.
• Hickory Woods has an Ohio Liquor License. State Liquor Laws prohibit customers from bringing their own alcoholic beverages onto the premise.
• All food items must be purchased from Hickory Woods Golf Course.

If you should need golf outing prizes, please be aware that Hickory Woods has a well stocked Pro Shop with very competitive prices. Merchandise and greens fee certificates are also available for outing prizes. We look forward to hosting your 2008 golf outing.
