Our banquet facility can accommodate up to 120 people and is perfect for hosting after-golf events, wedding receptions, business meetings, or holiday parties.

You may hold a banquet date with a phone reservation for up to 10 (ten) days. However to make a firm reservation date you will be required to send Hickory Woods Golf Course a signed banquet contract along with a $250.00 deposit. To confirm your final reservation arrangements and final number of guests, It will be your responsibility to contact Carol at least seven days prior to your event. This "finalized total" is the number of people that you will be held financially responsible for and cannot be reduced after the seven day deadline. Hickory Woods Golf Course reserves the right to charge for all "no shows". Your $250.00 deposit will be refunded to you following your banquet as long as all contract stipulations have been met. Final payment for your banquet is due the day of your event. Hickory Woods Golf Course accepts payment in the form of check, cash, or Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is a $500.00 spending minimum for events held after hours during the off-season (November-February).

Please be aware of the following policies:

• All food and beverages must be purchased through the Hickory Woods Clubhouse.
• Hickory Woods Golf Course holds an Ohio Liquor License. Accordingly, state liquor laws prohibit customers from "bringing on" or "taking out" of alcoholic beverages from Hickory Woods property. We also encourage the use of "designated drivers" if alcohol is consumed by your guests.
• Prior approval must be given by Hickory Woods Golf Course management before any decorations are affixed to walls, ceilings, floors, etc.
• Provision for any type of entertainment is the sole responsibility of the banquet chairperson and must be approved by the golf course banquet coordinator.
• Gambling of any type is prohibited.
• The company or individual contracting for the banquet will be financially responsible for any damages to the facility and for the conduct of their guests.
• All cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your reserved date in order to qualify for a full refund of the $250.00 banquet deposit.
