   Grilled Buffet Hamburgers, Brats, Metts With 2 sides and Dessert $12.50

All dinners include bread, dessert, and choice of 2 sides

Sides - redskin potato salad, cole slaw, fruit bowl, pasta salad, mashed potatoes & gravy, broccoli casserole, smashed potatoes, green beans

(Banquet meal selections include iced tea, fountain soft drinks, lemonade and coffee.)

Beverage Options
   Open Bar

this option “tabs” the total bar bill, which is then paid the day of your event by the outing Chairperson. An “open bar” can be either “by the drink” or “by the bottle”. If you have any questions about this option, contact Peggy.
   Ticket Bar

with this option, you purchase a pre-determined number of drink tickets for your guests to be redeemed for beverages. Each ticket is can be exchanged for 1 beer or 1 soft drink & snack.

   Cash Bar this option allows your guests to pay for their own beverages.
